The service

RankDesk audits websites, tracks search data, organises SEO work and produces reports. Its suggestions — including those it makes automatically — are recommendations, not a guarantee of rankings or traffic.

Nothing is changed on your site without approval from a member of your workspace. Decisions about your site, and their consequences, are yours.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep your sign-up details accurate and your password to yourself. Every workspace has at least one owner, who decides what its members can reach.

Only add sites you own or are allowed to manage. Auditing other people's sites without permission is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Do not use RankDesk to harm websites, overload servers, get around technical limits, reach other people's data, or for anything unlawful under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Accounts that do are closed without refund.

Plans, payment and renewal

Plan prices are on the Plan & billing page and payment is through Zarinpal. A plan starts when payment goes through and does not renew automatically; we remind the owner before it ends.

An upgrade mid-term starts at once, with the unused days of the previous plan taken off the price. When a term ends the workspace returns to the free plan and nothing is deleted; only adding more is limited.

If the service did not work for you within seven days of your first payment, contact support for a refund. After that, refunds are given only for an extended outage on RankDesk's side.

Data and ownership

Your sites' data and your workspace's content belong to you. RankDesk uses them only to provide the service; the Privacy page has the details.

The RankDesk software, design and name belong to RankDesk.

Other services

Some features depend on other services — Google Search Console and PageSpeed, Zarinpal, Telegram and Bale. Their availability and terms are outside RankDesk's control.

Limitation of liability

RankDesk works to keep the service available and correct, but its liability is limited in all cases to what you paid in the previous three months. RankDesk is not liable for ranking drops, lost revenue, or harm resulting from changes you approved.

Ending

You can delete a workspace at any time. A deleted workspace is taken out of use and, until it is purged, support can restore it. Email support to have its data permanently erased.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we email workspace owners about significant changes at least seven days in advance.
