RankDesk guide
From your first site to a report for your client, step by step.
1. Add a site and run the first audit
Add the domain under Sites and press Full audit. The audit crawls the pages and runs more than 40 technical and content checks, including Persian-specific ones such as Arabic ي and ك and the zero-width non-joiner.
The Issues tab explains why each issue matters and how to fix it. Schedule audits weekly or daily to catch a health drop early.
2. From issue to change
Turn an issue into a task and assign it. Changes to the site go through an approval request — before and after, risk and rollback — decided by an owner or admin. History keeps all of it.
3. Search data
Connect Search Console in the Search tab to see clicks, impressions and opportunities. Track keywords in the Keywords tab, with suggestions and topic clusters.
4. Content and competitors
Optimise page shows the title and description as a Google result and suggests internal links. Build briefs and follow the writing cycle in Content. Competitors finds their new pages and the topics you do not cover.
5. Apply automatically in WordPress
In the Connections tab, download the WordPress plugin and make a key. From then on, titles and descriptions you approve are written into Yoast, Rank Math, SEOPress or All in One SEO automatically, and can be undone from the WordPress dashboard.
6. Report to your client
The Report tab prepares a 7, 30 or 90-day report that prints to PDF. Send the report link to a client — no account needed — or turn on weekly or monthly emails. On the Agency plan the report carries your own name and logo.
7. Team, alerts and plan
Invite members under Team as owner, admin, editor or viewer, and limit editors and viewers to chosen sites. Connect Telegram or Bale under My account to get alerts there too. Your plan and invoices are under Plan & billing.
